Fill out the questionnaire with your property information and approximate square footage. Select your preferred date and time for the cleaning in one go.

Proceed to book your cleaning appointment after completing the questionnaire. Abby will contact you via email to confirm the appointment and provide a quote.

To formalize your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. Sign the service agreement. This secures your spot hassle-free.

Once the deposit is made and the agreement is signed, your appointment is confirmed! Abby and her team will arrive on the scheduled day to make your space spotless.

Commercial Deep Cleaning

Common Areas:
• Thorough disinfection of tables, desks, and all shared surfaces using specific products.
• Deep cleaning of meeting rooms, including the sanitization of chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment.
• Vacuuming and meticulous cleaning of floors in common areas, paying special attention to corners and edges.
• Emptying and cleaning of trash bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Bathrooms:
• Exhaustive disinfection and cleaning of toilets, sinks, and faucets using high-quality disinfectants.
• Restocking and organizing supplies such as toilet paper, towels, and soap.
• Emptying and disinfection of trash bins in bathroom areas.
Kitchens or Rest Areas:
• Detailed cleaning of appliances, including the disinfection of handles and surfaces.
• Deep disinfection of tables and food preparation areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Regular emptying of trash bins and cleaning of containers.
Individual Workspaces:
• Careful removal of dust on desks, shelves, and electronic equipment using anti-static cloths.
• Vacuuming and specific cleaning of carpets in work areas, addressing stains and localized dirt.
• Removal and proper disposal of garbage in individual trash bins.
Hard-to-Reach Corners:
• Detailed cleaning of corners, ceilings, and hard-to-reach areas using specialized tools to ensure complete hygiene in the workspace.
Abby's Green Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy and Fees. By agreeing to this Cancellation Policy, the Customer acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions accessible here are hereby incorporated into this Cancellation Policy by reference.
2. Customer Cancellation or Rescheduling. We understand it may be necessary to occasionally reschedule your Cleaning Services. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled Cleaning Services, Abby’s requires at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule Cleaning Services, Customers shall submit their cancellation request via email.
3. Late Notice Cancellation. If the Customer fails to give a minimum forty-eight (48) hour notice, Customer shall pay Abby’s the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.
4. Recurring Service Cancellation. For Customers with recurring Cleaning Services, all future scheduled Cleaning Services will remain unchanged unless the Customer cancels them at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance by submitting a cancellation request via email.
5. Lack of Property Access Serves as Cancellation. If Abby’s cannot gain access to the property during the agreed upon appointment time, the Customer shall pay the remaining 50% of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.
6. Cancellation by Abby’s. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services for any reason or no reason prior to scheduled Cleaning Services. Abby’s shall reschedule any canceled Cleaning Services at its earliest convenience.
6.1. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services at any time for good cause, such as, without limitation, (i) Customer’s failure to make payments on time; (ii) Customer ‘s inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or inappropriate language, towards Abby’s cleaning team; or (iii) Customer requests unreasonable changes to their Cleaning Services. If Abby’s cancels the scheduled Cleaning Services for good cause, Customer shall pay the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total
amount for the Cleaning Services.
