Fill out the questionnaire with your property information and approximate square footage. Select your preferred date and time for the cleaning in one go.

Proceed to book your cleaning appointment after completing the questionnaire. Abby will contact you via email to confirm the appointment and provide a quote.

To formalize your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. Sign the service agreement. This secures your spot hassle-free.

Once the deposit is made and the agreement is signed, your appointment is confirmed! Abby and her team will arrive on the scheduled day to make your space spotless.

Special Event Cleaning

Special Events Reception Area:
1. Cleaning of carpets and floors.
2. Cleaning and disinfection of reception surfaces and counters.
3. Cleaning of doors and handles.
4. Dusting of decorations and furniture.
5. Cleaning of glass and mirrors.
6. Emptying and cleaning of trash bins.
Lounge Area:
1. Floor cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping.
2. Cleaning of tables and chairs.
3. Cleaning of decorations and decorative elements.
4. Disinfection of high-contact areas.
5. Cleaning of glass and mirrors.
6. Emptying and cleaning of trash bins.
Bathrooms:
1. Cleaning and disinfection of toilets, sinks, and showers.
2. Restocking toilet paper and hand towels.

1. Final inspection to ensure everything is impeccable.
2. Removal of any visible stains or residue.
3. Disinfection of high-contact areas.
Abby's Green Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy and Fees. By agreeing to this Cancellation Policy, the Customer acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions accessible here are hereby incorporated into this Cancellation Policy by reference.
2. Customer Cancellation or Rescheduling. We understand it may be necessary to occasionally reschedule your Cleaning Services. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled Cleaning Services, Abby’s requires at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule Cleaning Services, Customers shall submit their cancellation request via email.
3. Late Notice Cancellation. If the Customer fails to give a minimum forty-eight (48) hour notice, Customer shall pay Abby’s the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.
4. Recurring Service Cancellation. For Customers with recurring Cleaning Services, all future scheduled Cleaning Services will remain unchanged unless the Customer cancels them at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance by submitting a cancellation request via email.
5. Lack of Property Access Serves as Cancellation. If Abby’s cannot gain access to the property during the agreed upon appointment time, the Customer shall pay the remaining 50% of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.
6. Cancellation by Abby’s. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services for any reason or no reason prior to scheduled Cleaning Services. Abby’s shall reschedule any canceled Cleaning Services at its earliest convenience.
6.1. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services at any time for good cause, such as, without limitation, (i) Customer’s failure to make payments on time; (ii) Customer ‘s inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or inappropriate language, towards Abby’s cleaning team; or (iii) Customer requests unreasonable changes to their Cleaning Services. If Abby’s cancels the scheduled Cleaning Services for good cause, Customer shall pay the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total
amount for the Cleaning Services.
